Surgical Device Research Websites or Tips

Hello everyone!

This is my first post on here.  Yay!  I am wondering if anyone has found a reliable source for surgical instruments and/or devices used in procedures.  I have used GoogleMT as well as Google, and with so much to choose from it is hard to distinguish what is a reliable one.

For example, I am currently working on an operative note dictation in the skeletal portion of the course that mentions the “Smith and nephew cemented synergy, size 11, high-off stem.” The website shows “Smith + Nephew” and has Synergy in all caps but I have also seen it as “&” instead of “and.” So now I am thinking to myself  “Okay…which one do I use….?”

Has anyone else come across this predicament?
